Job Title: Account Handler

Job Overview:

The role of the Account Handler is to provide a professional insurance broking service to clients and insurers. Reporting to the Director of the Brokerage, this opportunity is ideal for an Account Handler to focus on renewals and deliver excellent customer care as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication: The Account Handler will communicate with customers to provide a high-quality service.
  2. Fielding Inbound and Outbound Communications: This involves fielding inbound and outbound communications via telephone and email to a high standard.
  3. Advising on Additional Product Lines: The Account Handler will advise on additional product lines to meet the needs of customers.
  4. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Cert CII qualification is desired but not essential. The company will support study for candidates who have not yet completed their CII or wish to progress to a DIP level qualification.
