Senior Risk and Integrated Assurance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Integrated Assurance Manager to join our team at Playtech. As a key member of our Risk, Internal Control and Assurance Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our risk management and assurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of our refreshed risk management and internal control framework to support our business objectives.
- Help management with risk assessments to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Lead Risk Assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness of our key controls and provide advice for improvement.
- Develop programs to enhance controls in ESG, operational, and non-financial reporting areas.
- Implement the Integrated Assurance strategy, working with assurance providers to map assurance across key risk areas.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management and internal controls, with a track record of developing and implementing successful risk and assurance strategies.
- Background qualifications in risk management, internal audit, external audit, or finance are highly sought after.
- Strong self-management, ability to drive change in complex projects, and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
- Gravitas to challenge ideas and a resilient yet engaging style.
- Good understanding of risk methodologies, such as ISO 31000, COSO 2017, and the UK Corporate Governance Code.
