Senior Manager, Risk and Integrated Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Integrated Assurance Manager to join our Risk, Internal Control and Assurance Team at Playtech. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our risk management and assurance strategies to protect and enhance our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of our refreshed risk management and internal control framework to support our business objectives.
- Help management in their risk assessments to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Lead Risk Assurance activities to ensure key controls operate as intended and provide advice for improvement.
- Develop programs to enhance controls in ESG, operational, and non-financial reporting areas.
- Lead and implement our Integrated Assurance strategy, working with assurance providers to map assurance across key risk areas.
- At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management and internal controls, with a track record of developing and implementing successful risk and assurance strategies.
- Background qualifications in risk management, internal audit, external audit, or finance are highly sought after.
- Strong self-management, ability to drive change in complex projects, and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
- Gravitas to challenge ideas and a resilient yet engaging style.
- Good understanding of risk methodologies and guidance such as ISO 31000, COSO 2017, and the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024.
