Senior Manager, Risk and Integrated Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Integrated Assurance Manager to join our team at Playtech. As a key member of our Risk, Internal Control and Assurance Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our risk management and assurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of our global risk strategy and integrated assurance framework.
- Help management navigate the complexities of risk in our dynamic corporate landscape.
- Lead Risk Assurance activities and provide advice on the effectiveness of key controls.
- Develop programs to enhance controls within ESG, operational, and non-financial reporting areas.
- Implement the Integrated Assurance strategy and champion the integration of assurance practices across all levels.
- At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management and internal controls.
- Background qualifications in risk management, internal audit, external audit, or finance.
- Strong self-management skills and ability to push through change in complex projects.
- Gravitas to challenge ideas and a resilient yet engaging style.
- Good understanding of risk methodologies and guidance such as ISO 31000, COSO 2017, and the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024.
