Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in the Acute Assessment Unit and Emergency Ambulatory Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective, safe, and evidence-based patient care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct.
- Ensure optimum standards of care for all patients, including those with complex needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' dignity, religious, and cultural needs.
- Actively participate in education and training programs to enhance patient care and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Provide accurate and contemporaneous documentation of patient care, adhering to national policies and guidelines.
- Make and receive telephone calls with due courtesy, effectively imparting and recording information while maintaining confidentiality.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Is a registered nurse with a valid NMC registration and basic life support training.
- Has experience working in acute care settings, with a strong understanding of patient assessment and care planning.
- Is able to work flexibly, including weekends and night duty, and is committed to ongoing professional development.
