Staff Nurse

Our Neurosurgery/Spinal Surgery unit is a dynamic and innovative department that provides exceptional care to patients with complex neurological conditions. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes consultants, registrars, SHO level doctors, and advanced clinical practitioners.
Main DutiesThe successful applicant will cover both elective and emergency adult neurosurgery and spinal conditions, working on wards, theatres, ICU/HDU, and emergency departments. You will be working with highly motivated nursing, therapy, and pharmacy teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a medical professional with a basic medical degree, full GMC registration, and a minimum of 12 months postgraduate medical experience. You should have a strong understanding of clinical risk management and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
