Join Our Governance Team

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Board and Governance Team Member at Sodali & Co in London. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading listed and private corporations, banks, private equity firms, states, and charities.

The role involves managing client engagements, conducting research, and preparing client deliverables. You will also contribute to the development of corporate governance knowledge and tools, and be responsible for materials such as presentations, reports, policies, and proposals.

Key Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
  • Proven experience in consulting, corporate governance, sustainability, or a related field;
  • Genuine interest in corporate governance and organisational design;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks;
  • Impeccable written and spoken English is essential; fluency in another language (French, Arabic, German, or Russian) is an asset.
