Your Responsibilities

  • Create stimulating activities programmes to promote residents' wellbeing and engagement
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with staff to plan and deliver activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities

About You

To excel as a Care Activities Director, you will need to be warm, empathetic, and personable. Your organizational skills and driven mindset will enable you to manage multiple tasks and make things happen. Additionally, your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to participate in activities both within the home and in the local community.
