Program Manager, Fleet Optimization and Redeployment

The Global Fleet & Products (GFP) team within Amazon Last Mile Logistics is seeking a data-driven Program Manager to lead the European idle fleet inventory and redeployment performance analytics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive compliance, quality, and automation for our redeployment inventory.

Key responsibilities include leading change towards standardized and centralized reporting at VIN level, working towards metrics alignment and integration to our worldwide fleet reporting tools, and directly impacting key metrics related to on-time deployment, turn-around time, quality escalations, customer satisfaction, and cost deviations.

This is a pan-European role involving deep analytical skills and interactions with external and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and proficient in data manipulation and architecture.

A Day in the Life

Some key job functions of this role are:

  1. Owns internal EU and WW GFP business review data consolidation and deck preparation.
  2. Leads reporting consolidation effort, sets data validation mechanisms, defines automation entitlement, and raises change requests to support business needs.
  3. Supports Redeployment operations by enabling FMC performance monitoring against contractual SLAs.
  4. Supports forward-looking delivery planning with reliable stock report and performance metrics.
  5. Collaborates with worldwide teams to build innovative solutions such as Amazon Asset Platform inventory.
  6. Owns cost controllership and reconciliation activities related to a fleet of 30k vans across 9 countries.
About the Team

The Fleet Delivery and Redeployment team is responsible for the physical supply chain of all fleet programs. Our north star is to build a lean and unified supply chain with standardized processes and communications to provide a seamless experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Excel and capacity to handle SQL queries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's in a related field.
  • Fluent English is required; in other European languages will be a plus.
