PMO Coordinator / Agile Transformation Programme

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Coordinator to support our Agile Transformation Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading financial services company launching a new Dynamics (F&O) program.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project information, assisting with resource management, and supporting project delivery by providing valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and task coordination
  2. Maintain and update project plans, documentation, and reports in alignment with PMO processes
  3. Prepare regular status reports for management and key stakeholders
  4. Ensure adherence to project governance standards and frameworks
  5. Track project performance against established KPIs and objectives
  6. Collect and analyse project-related data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency
  7. Track and report on project budgets, costs, and resource utilisation across various projects
  8. Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure efficient use
  9. Monitor and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  10. Support project managers in developing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining risk logs
  11. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of PMO processes and tools by providing feedback and suggestions
  12. Assist in creating templates, guides, and other resources to support best practices in project management

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a project support, coordination, or PMO role
  2. Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
  3. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana, Dev Ops
  4. PRINCE2 Foundation, or other relevant certifications are advantageous

Contract Details:

  1. Day rate: £375 per day
  2. IR35 status: Outside IR35
  3. Contract length: 6 months
  4. Location: Hybrid / London (4 days per week essential)
