Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Christie & Co. As a key member of our Valuation Services department, you will assist the Retail Valuations Director in the day-to-day management of valuation services, with a focus on going concern convenience, roadside retail, garden centres, and other trading assets valued having regard to trading potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements
  • Work towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
  • Support external Client meetings to help build your own client/contact base and generate business for the team
  • Attend all social events both internally and externally to maintain a strong work/life balance
  • Contribute to the development of Christie & Co's corporate image and perception by demonstrating quality, consistency, and reliability
  • Comply with company policies regarding Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Environmental Impact
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited property degree
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Report writing skills
