We are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Valuation Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking long form, red book valuations on properties up to £15m in value, as well as some HMO/BTL Valuation for a specialist lender.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake long form, red book valuations on properties up to £15m in value
  • Conduct HMO/BTL Valuation for a specialist lender
  • Work with a range of clients, including HNWI, High Street and Specialist Lenders
  • Meet with the team once fortnightly, but also work from home as required
Requirements:
  • MRICS/FRICS & VRS qualified
  • Experience in valuation surveying, with a focus on long form, red book valuations
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £75k to start, rising with tenure
  • Bonuses calculated at 30% of fee income above a threshold of 3 x salary
