About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct valuations of residential and commercial properties, including portfolios and land
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for secured lending, taxation, pension funds, and accounting purposes
  • Apply expert knowledge and awareness of local property markets to provide accurate valuations
  • Delegate work to junior team members and provide professional support and guidance
  • Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential
  • Full UK driving license
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) + package and benefits. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
