Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team. As a key player in one of our game-changing retailers, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging experiences for customers, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Build your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, developing a genuine passion for the brand
- Become a champion of the sales process, driving new and used car enquiries and converting appointments into sales
- Deliver a complete package to customers, upselling on accessories, extended warranty, and finance packages
- Meet FCA regulations for providing fair financial advice and services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A collaborative mindset, open to new ideas and appreciating the difference each person makes
- Commitment to doing the right thing, treating customers fairly, and continuously learning
- A passion for our industry, the people who work in it, and the people we serve
- Drive to exceed expectations, consistently achieving fantastic results
- Confidence and experience with computer systems, and a full UK driving license
