Coworth Park is seeking a highly skilled In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. As an In Room Dining Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring In-Room Dining sales, service, and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience and maximize business potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the In Room Dining team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, financial budgets, and service standards.
  • Ensure that the In-Room Dining menu and environment is consistent with a 5-star establishment to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an In Room Dining Supervisor within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You will comfortably communicate in this language.
