In Room Dining Waiter

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a skilled In Room Dining Waiter to join our Food & Beverage Department. As an In Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of work and guest areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
  • Accurately record and process food and beverage orders.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as established by the department.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Flexibility with shifts as per business demand.
