**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything they are doing while looking after all of our guests needs. This includes mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering ameneties, guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specific food or beverage items, serving off menu requests, pre-ordering meals or placing additional fridges in the rooms and even special events. Most of these requests are fulfilled by the In-Room Dining Waiters with the support of the management team.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an In-Room Dining Waiter, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
