In-Room Dining Waiter

39 Hours, 5 Days a week

We’re looking for an In-Room Dining Waiter to join our iconic In-Room Dining team.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address. It’s another world; a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.

As an In-Room Dining Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

Provide efficient Food & Beverage service, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction is achieved throughout their experience. Demonstrate the ability to recognise guest preferences and to act upon them appropriately. Ensure a full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverage list in order to make recommendations and respond to guest requests. Deliver and set up room amenities. Assist with minibar procedures where required.

As an In-Room Dining Waiter , you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and occasional night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful In-Room Dining Waiter candidate, you will have strong communication skills, ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, as well as ability to work under pressure. Good Food & Beverage knowledge is required and prior experience within Food & Beverage is desirable. Barista skills are also a plus.
