Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role:
- We are looking for a passionate teacher who can create an inclusive learning environment.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality education to students with severe and complex learning difficulties.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to individual students' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities, which includes an extensive induction programme and ongoing training sessions. We also offer other benefits that promote work-life balance and overall well-being.
About Our School:
Audiences of 180 children and young people aged 2-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties allow our teachers to make a tangible difference in their lives.
