Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our Shared Services team at Ringway. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our divisions and support the company's overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders and stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Design and develop training curricula that address technical skills, leadership development, and soft skills enhancement.
- Oversee the administration of training activities and track program effectiveness using metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by coordinating employee development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage training costs and identify funding opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Line management experience.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and training technologies.
Personal Qualities:
- Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
