About the Job:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks and promote independence.
- Manage medication and support individuals with financial planning.
- Induct new colleagues into the service.
- Support the Manager with supervision and management tasks.
- Allocate shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism.
