Wealth Management Role

Our company, based in Cambridge, is seeking a skilled Wealth Management Specialist to provide wealth management, investment planning, and retirement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in wealth management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial services.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Client Servicing
  • Prepare annual review meetings using the CRM system and initiate reviews as needed.
  • Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) for signing and request necessary information from clients.
  • Arrange meetings with clients and prepare meeting files.
  • Review reports and prepare recommendations for paraplanners to implement.
  • Maintain platform and CRM systems.
New Clients
  • Complete initial onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Arrange meetings with new prospects and follow up with summaries.
  • Issue and send LOAs with tracking numbers.
  • Provide clients with updates on progress.
  • Prepare recommendations for paraplanners and implement them.
  • Maintain platform and CRM systems.
  • Distribute welcome packs and assist with application registration.
Communications
  • Send quarterly and ad-hoc updates to clients via various channels.
Mortgages
  • Send monthly mortgage reviews to clients.
  • Track reviews and schedule calls with advisers as needed.
New Business
  • Onboard new business and update fact finds accordingly.
  • Assist with sourcing, if requested, and not essential for training/development purposes.
  • Request payment details for fees from clients.
  • Upload new business to the CRM system.
  • Generate invoices and track payments.
  • Assist with submissions, if requested, and not essential for training/development purposes.
  • Prepare suitability reports for completion by advisers (training/development area).
  • Send introductory emails to solicitors and estate agents.
  • Arrange protection meetings/calls with clients.
  • Gather regular updates from lenders and inform clients about the status of their applications.
  • Monitor and process rate changes, reviewing pipelines, communicating with clients, processing rate changes, and updating the CRM system.
  • Contact solicitors for updates on remortgages.
  • Update the CRM system upon completion.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals in the field.
