Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wealth Manager to join our team at The Progeny Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HNW Financial Planner to take on a senior role and provide expert financial advice to our high net worth clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a client-facing advisory role, with a strong understanding of investment planning, pre/at retirement planning, personal and business protection, and estate planning.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private medical insurance, 24/7 digital GP and health advice, employee assistance programme, group pension scheme, life assurance scheme, eyecare vouchers, family leave, and referral scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial advice to high net worth clients, managing their portfolios effectively and ensuring their financial goals are met.
  • Assist in the delivery of independent financial plans and advice in accordance with The Progeny Group's regulatory standards and rules.
  • Communicate financial plans and advice simply and concisely, ensuring client engagement and understanding.
  • Manage ongoing reviews in line with client service agreements.
  • Create and maintain compliant client files where all communication is documented correctly.
