We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in an industrial setting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. You will work on a double days shift pattern, handling both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
  • Perform reactive maintenance as needed to address breakdowns promptly
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize maintenance schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, using the CMMS for tracking
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (qualifications like NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
