Financial Administrator Position

Job Description:
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our finance team at Divalentinecalver Recruitment Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, utilizing strong organizational skills to ensure seamless financial management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the finance department, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Sage software, with the ability to navigate complex financial systems and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent position based in Southall, UK. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with minimal remote working opportunities available.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on national averages for Financial Administrators in the UK and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
