Job Description:

Minstrell Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Automation, refurbishment, and equipment upgrade projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, to specification, and within budget.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their manufacturing needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth, reduce operating costs, and improve efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in managing projects across various disciplines, including automation, mechanical, and electrical engineering. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with engineering standards and managing relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing needs and develop project proposals.
- Develop and implement standard engineering practices and provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations, and manage relationships with vendors.

Requirements:

- Degree-level engineering qualification.
- 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing engineering projects, with a blend of disciplines including automation, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent technical ability, with a good understanding of automation, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to debate technical and commercial details with vendors and stakeholders.
