We are seeking a dedicated Public Health Care Professional to join Unity Healthcare in Guildford, where you will play a vital role in leading the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and ensuring every child has the best possible start in life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Health Visitor to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative health programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and develop strategies to improve health outcomes for children and families
  • Work closely with families, children, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and guidance
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to address health inequalities and promote social justice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

About Our Opportunity:

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
