About the Role

The Health & Safety Partnership is recruiting a Construction Compliance Specialist Leader to lead their team in ensuring compliance with building regulations.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on building safety and conduct site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will also attend client meetings and review designs to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team in ensuring compliance with building regulations
  • Providing expert advice on building safety
  • Conducting site inspections and reviewing designs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in a construction-related field (design-focused preferred)
  • Membership to RICS, CABE or CIOB
  • Strong understanding of the design and construction process

Compensation Package:

The company offers a salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including pension, life assurance, and healthcare.
