As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Providing physical and emotional support to individuals in their daily lives;
  2. Assisting with medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and supporting with personal care;
  3. Encouraging independence and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care;
  4. Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans;
  5. Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accurate.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and a strong desire to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be an excellent communicator, a good team player, and possess the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating, and varied environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
