About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team at Hales Home Care, providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality care, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Support customers with light domestic tasks and meal preparation
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, or willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing customer needs
