">Your Key Responsibilities: As an Early Careers Digital Lead, you will be responsible for managing talent pools on Workday (our HR system), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. You will also provide analysis and reporting on apprenticeship progress, career promotion, and EC alumni. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of apprenticeship programmes and be able to contribute to our digital transformation.
">Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need effective communication skills, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Experience with process administration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement is also essential. Knowledge and practical application of digital tools such as Power BI & managing analysis of large data sets would be an advantage.
">Salary: £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, depending on experience. This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location of Crawley, United Kingdom.
