We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Parts Assistant Apprentice to join our team at DLG Auto Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for procuring and managing vehicle parts, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and manage vehicle parts to meet customer demands
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage stock control and administration
- Source parts that are unavailable through usual channels
- Be a point of contact for deliveries and goods inwards
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed
- Use DLG digital systems to govern customer repairs
