Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Administrator - Property to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Sales Administrator - Property, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in a fast-paced environment, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Coordination: Be the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, scheduling viewings, and ensuring seamless follow-ups.
  2. Sales Support: Assist with property listings, maintain accurate databases, and prepare essential documents.
  3. Documentation Management: Handle contract preparation, verify legal compliance, and keep all paperwork up-to-date.
  4. Property Listings: Upload, update, and manage property details on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality visuals.
  5. Reporting: Maintain records of sales transactions and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement.
  6. Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, viewings, and key dates, ensuring the team stays organised.
  7. Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing efforts by assisting with campaigns, social media posts, and advertising.
  8. Customer Service: Provide excellent service, promptly addressing client queries to build lasting relationships.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, property sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property management platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.
