Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Manage and monitor all utilities and ensure their effective operation.
  • Act as the Health and Safety representative for the building, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain and update H & S folders and carry out internal audits to ensure compliance.
  • Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Maintenance Manager in a hospitality environment.
  • Good knowledge of hotel maintenance, IT systems, and OPERA.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable.
