Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of electricians, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of electricians to deliver high-quality work
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Proven supervisory or lead experience in a similar role
  • 4-5 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM)
  • Level 3 Electrical City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent certification
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

  • A competitive salary of £52,000
  • A choice of shift patterns: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
