Finance Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.
This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of management accounts and monthly reports, including accruals, deferrals, and prepayments.
- Reconcile intercompany financial movements, prepayments, and accruals.
- Monitor all accounts and report monthly to the Director on company performance and key trends.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent fully qualified or near-fully qualified.
- Several years' experience working with management accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of Sage Accounts and MS Excel skills.
Benefits:
- £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays in addition to free parking, free eye test, free tea/coffee, and lunches.
- Company pension, cycle to work scheme, discounted or free food, on-site parking, sick pay, 8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday.
