About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to join a well-established business and demonstrate their innovative marketing knowledge.

The company is a market leader within the beverages sector, with products supplied locally, nationally, and globally. This global brand provides opportunities for employees to develop and grow within their careers.

In this role, you will lead the customer marketing team in developing and implementing annual customer marketing plans to grow the customer base and brand exposure. You will work closely with the company's partners, including leading supermarkets in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, and implement customer marketing plans for the UK Grocery & Convenience channel, ensuring alignment with brand and channel strategies to support a three-year portfolio vision.
  • Work closely with customer marketing partners and agencies to execute marketing activities.
  • Oversee a full mix of marketing initiatives, including retailer media, e-commerce, fixture visibility, off-shelf displays, and POS materials.
  • Assist sales teams in building strategic partnerships and present customer marketing plans with creativity and confidence.
  • Develop e-commerce programs to support customer and brand growth.
  • Assess the ROI of marketing activities, communicate plans to the commercial team, and manage annual investment forecasting for effective budget oversight.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position with the FMCG industry or Food/Drinks sector.
  • A degree or similar in business/marketing.
  • Previous experience in a management position.
  • Full driving license.
