About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our regional operations team. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Main Objectives

  • Promote Business Growth: Implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Optimize Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At Least 7 Years of Experience: In a leadership position within the food service, hospitality, or catering industries.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Acumen: Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Fluency in English: Required, with proficiency in French highly desirable.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
