Strategic Growth Manager Position

DGH Recruitment seeks a Strategic Growth Manager to drive impactful initiatives for our Real Estate team. This 12-14 month maternity cover role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand the Real Estate team's presence.
  • Create engaging pitch documents and presentations to win new business.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, legislation, and client priorities to inform recommendations.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and other opportunities to showcase expertise.
  • Craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with clients and prospects.
  • Prepare standout legal directory submissions.
  • Support budget planning and tracking spend on BD activities.
  • Manage and improve BD systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Development/Marketing in a law firm (supporting a Real Estate team is desirable).
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear pitches and strategies.
  • Strong written and numerical skills.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities under pressure.
