Job Title: Senior Lecturer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer to join our academic team at Regent College London. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, student support, and academic management, ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and deliver high-quality academic programs, designing and developing curriculum materials and assessments.
  • Provide exceptional student support, acting as a first point of contact for students and working closely with other teams to ensure student needs are met.
  • Take on line management responsibilities, adopting a work allocation model for their team and ensuring the academic process is assured and implemented in line with College policies.
  • Contribute to the development of academic programs, participating in the recruitment and induction process of staff and students as required.
  • Engage with scholarship within the School, ensuring its impact is evident in the classroom and supporting the College's Scholarship Plan.

Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant field and significant teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work across all campuses.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
