Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer to join our academic team at Regent College London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, teaching, and student support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic leadership and management to a designated group of students, ensuring they take maximum advantage of the opportunities on offer at Regent College London.
  • Teach and deliver high-quality academic programs, designing teaching materials and delivering modules across a range of subjects.
  • Support students with their academic and pastoral needs, working closely with the CSO, Student Finance Officer, and ARWA Officer teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curricula within the subject area, ensuring alignment with awarding body expectations.
  • Assess and mark student submissions, providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
  • Participate in the recruitment and induction process of staff and students, mentoring colleagues with less experience and advising on personal development.

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in academic management, teaching, and student support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work across all campuses.
