About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the All Age Continuing Care Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Be the first point of contact for the department, handling routine and specialist enquiries and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and services provided by the department.
Requirements
- Computer literate with an ability to use the required systems and office packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
