Continuing Care Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Continuing Care Administrator to join our team at NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our Administration Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to our department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the All Age Continuing Care Team, including managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for the department, handling routine and specialist enquiries and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, utilizing Microsoft Office packages and other software as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer initiatives to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
- Committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
