As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Process orders and refunds, ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by your manager, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Rotate shifts between 8am and 10pm, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 customer support.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of brand tone and customer engagement, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
