Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our leading global life sciences organization.

This role is for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our Standards Business Unit in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Management in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders, earning their trust as a valued advisor.
  • Promote equality, diversity, fairness, inclusion, and respect within our inclusive team culture.
  • Manage recruitment processes and support performance management, training, and development.
  • Assess and manage absence and occupational health matters.
  • Support annual remuneration reviews and drive organizational development and change.

Requirements

  • A graduate or equivalent experience with a professional HR qualification and several years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively to meet business needs.
  • High-level influencing skills, with the presence and personality to make a positive impact with senior management.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, self-reliant individual who takes personal responsibility to inspire change and challenges the status quo.

Additional Information

This role is based in Bury, Greater Manchester, on a hybrid basis. 2-3 days on site per week.
