Teaching Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of KS1 students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, sharing feedback with parents and colleagues.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture, encouraging academic excellence and social responsibility.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about student progress and achievements.
Requirements
  • PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Substantial experience teaching KS1 students.
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
