Job Description

As a Family Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships between the school and its families. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with parents and carers to support their child's learning and well-being, working closely with school staff to identify and address barriers to learning, and providing guidance and signposting to families on appropriate services and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in schools or the education sector, ideally in a pastoral, support, or family liaison role.
  • Confidence in handling sensitive situations and building trust with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Salary

We offer competitive pay rates reflective of your experience and expertise, estimated at £25-£30 per hour.
