Role Overview

TM Green Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Lead to join our team based in Kent. As a key member of our sustainability function, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and corporate sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert sustainability advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of internal environmental sustainability training.
  • Monitor and report on site environmental and sustainability performance.
  • Support project teams in achieving environmental compliance and delivering organisational KPIs.
  • Undertake regular site visits and inspections to ensure environmental compliance and best practice.
  • Assist in writing and communicating site project environmental and sustainability documentation.
  • Support project teams in understanding and achieving building and project certifications such as BREEAM and LEED.
  • Manage the compliance and certification tracker to ensure evidence of compliance is maintained.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate sustainability strategies and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in environmental and sustainability support within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and construction management software.
  • Experience conducting building certification assessments such as BREEAM or LEED.
  • Experience in writing and updating business management system documentation.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience using construction management software.
  • Proficiency in sustainability assessment and data reporting tools/software.
  • Valid driving license applicable to the region.
  • National travel may be required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
