About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Change Lead to support the Head of Future Transport in driving the behaviour change agenda and ensuring that it is at the forefront of current and future transport schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Future Transport in developing and implementing behaviour change strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure behaviour change is integrated into transport schemes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to drive behaviour change
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour change initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience of managing complex initiatives and projects
  • Strong understanding of behaviour change theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
