Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Consultant

Access Talent Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Planner to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As a Behavioural Change expert, you will play a key role in designing and implementing travel plans for a range of organisations, managing sizeable projects to scope and budget, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, deliver, or evaluate travel behaviour change projects
  • Design and implement travel plans for various sectors
  • Manage projects to scope and budget
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Inspire and develop less-experienced team members
  • Contribute to other projects across the advisory group

Candidate Profile:

  • Sound understanding of behaviour change theory and mode choice factors
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects for transport authorities or private sector clients in the UK
  • Deep understanding of transport policy and current issues
  • Growing network of industry contacts and positive client referrals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What We Offer:

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum

Sector: Transport Infrastructure, Civil & Structural Engineering
